The Secondary ASBs serve as organizational, service, and support groups to the secondary students. The Middle School ASB will focus on issues concerning students in grades 6-8 and the High School ASB will attend to matters affecting students in grades 9-12. The prospective student body officers conduct campaigns in the Spring of each year and are elected by the students to serve during the next school year. The ASB meets as a zero-period class to consider various student body activities and to discuss items of interest to the school.

Cornerstone Christian High School is a member of the Omega League in the California Interscholastic Federation Southern Section in order to provide athletic competition at the high school level. The school also belongs to the Christian Athletic League to provide competitive sports opportunities for students in grades five though eight. CCS views athletic competition from a Christian perspective.

Drama, cheerleading, and Wider Focus (a missions service club) are available to students.
