Enrollment Procedures
Thank you for choosing to apply to Cornerstone Christian Schools.
 
Enrollment packets are available in the school office and can be picked up, or mailed directly to your home. 
 
Please return to the school office the following items:  
  1. Completed student application forms.
  2. All report cards and standardized academic testing results from the previous two years.
  3. Copies of immunization records, birth certificate and proof of medical insurance.
  4. Application and registration fees.
  5. Secondary students (6th-12th grades) must also submit at least two letters of recommendation.

Upon receipt of the application packet you will be contacted regarding interview and testing schedules.

Limited tuition assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Family Financial Needs Assessment (FFNA) is the organization who reviews all applications for assistance.  Applications are available in the school office.  The deadline for assistance applications is February 15th.
