“I wouldn’t be the person I am today if it weren’t for Cornerstone Christian.”
Adrienne Cazier (Burke , class of 2001) was giving a testimony of her experience as a graduate of Cornerstone Christian School and took the opportunity to voice what so many people have known for years. “I attended Cornerstone from second grade through high school. The teachers and staff at Cornerstone became my family. The relationships that I developed here have stayed with me through out my life. I met my husband here… in second grade.” Adrienne highlighted some of the things that she felt enhanced her experience at Cornerstone Christian. “Some people say that Cornerstone is too small, but I was able to participate in sports on the CIF champion softball team in 1999, and arts as the lead role of the dramatic performance of Cinderella, while being challenged academically (Adrienne attended UC San Diego before becoming a middle school math teacher).” “My life would not be the same if I had not attended Cornerstone Christian. I love this school!”
Stories like Adrienne’s are not uncommon. Over the last 29 years Cornerstone Christian has faithfully served thousands of families through out Ventura County. In the face of a culture that continues to reject the things we hold most valuable, our mission of educating from a biblical perspective to equip students for life has never been more important. Cornerstone Christian offers a safe, family environment while challenging our students mentally, physically and spiritually.
There are thousands of testimonies, just like Adrienne’s, sharing the impact that Cornerstone Christian has had on lives over the decades. We want you to know we are dedicated to transitioning into this new year and new season of Cornerstone Christians ministry with the focus of developing the WHOLE student – mind, body and spirit – like never before. We are excited and encouraged by all the Lord has done, is doing and will continue to do in the lives of our students.
